Popmix Media LLC supports Insurance Agents, Brokers, and IMO's in managing their own Lead generation on social media platforms.

We created Popmix CRM to build the funnels, workflows, and backend automation to help convert leads and we help them get their Facebook Ad account set up and operational so they can start running their own ads. About 50% of our clients do not have a Facebook Page or Business account so we run their ads on our accounts for about 30 days while we set up their own accounts. After 30 days we transition the ads over to their accounts.

We need a Media Buyer that is well-versed in Ad Account Set Up and Management on Facebook specifically but Tik Tok and YouTube experience would also be a plus. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in Paid Social initiatives. Again, Facebook experience is mandatory and Tik Tok and YouTube experience is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in creating their own ad accounts including but not limited to:
  • Facebook Business Page
  • Facebook Business Ad Accounts
  • Facebook Pixel
  • configuring their Events Manager to track conversions
  • audience targeting
  • Lead Forms
  • Campaigns, Ads, and Ad Sets
  • Identify ways to lower lead costs. overall ad spend, CPL, CPC, etc
  • TikTok and YouTube Social Marketing
  1. Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and communication
  2. Must have direct experience setting up a variety of ads depending on the desired outcome, lead conversion, traffic, etc...
  3. Must have direct experience Connecting Partner accounts, setting up business asset groups, system users, ad account access, asset requests, permissions for sharing ad account details, and admin FB Pages.
  4. You will provide support calls over Zoom/Camera On/Screen Share.
  5. Be available M-F 9 am to 6 pm EST MUST have a happy, customer service-oriented personality.
