Work Hours and Schedule: Flexible work schedule (but needs to work at least 2hrs (2x a week) between 9am to 630PM PST for meetings

Work Duration: 10-20 hrs per week

Rate or Salary range:20-30k

Description/Information:

Senior-level HR talent with 5+ years of experience gained from the BPO industry. Perform the following HR full spectrum:

• Comp and benefits

• Monitor timesheets

• Review Contracts

• Retention plans

• Policies (Appendix Policy)

• Manage a remote team of about 12 people
