- Link your card as a credit card - it should be included for verification
- Call PP's CS and tell them to change your UB to USD
First you should make it on the web so it will be more convenient,, second, your PRIMARY CURRENCY should be in US dollars-once done-you send a message to the PAYPAL CENTER-tell the request to set primary currency to US dollars for your foreign transactions.
