Is pin-type better than USB with regards to making outbound calls?

I am new to Home-based jobs but I already have one ready for me on the 20th of January. I just want to make sure I have a good equipment with me as I want to make this my permanent job.

My question is, is pin-type better than USB with regards to making calls (outbound)?
