Feel like hitting a wall working at 51Talk

Hi! I'm a filipino and I'm looking for an ESL company that offers at least 16 USD a day or 1000 PH money.

I want to work from 5 PM to 10 PM.

I have a TESOL, TEYL and a degree of BA in English Language.

I've been with 51talk for 6 months and honestly speaking, I feel like hitting a wall with 51talk. I have a number of favorites and a lot of regular but still their pay is not enough despite my high energy and enthusiasm in teaching.

I know someone who's earning 3 times higher than what I'm earning and he only teaches from 6-10 PM.
