The recruitment process for being a home-based teacher at 51talk?

If you’re a neophyte in esl teaching, without any certifications and trainings, go for 51 talk or Acadsoc. They pay a quarter or less of the “good rate”, “peanuts” in others’ words. In return, you’ll receive trainings and probably a free TESOL Certificate along the way.
If not, then DON’T.
