Wise. Give them your bank details and it will be deposited directly to your bank account. Wise also has higher conversion rates and faster crediting time to your bank.

"The best" really just depends on both you and your client. Did you ask them if may preference sila? If wala naman, Wise seems to be the more popular option - as I keep reading people here recommend it. Also popular: Payoneer and PayPal.
