How to make a call that looks like it's calling from USA?
Does anyone know how to call the USA from the PI but make it look (to the business or person you are calling) that you are calling from Texas? Thanks. (I plan to have a couple VAs do this for us)

We used bitrix, just pay $110 for monthly subscription then additional load, they have increment of $10 $30 $50. That's the cheapest I can suggest and one dialler good for 6 persons already.
Try to get them a Skype subscription. You can choose their phone number to make it look like they're calling from that state.
