Thoughts on accepting a job as a freelancer
Some things you realize only after accepting a task 😕
- It's time consuming ⏳
- It's harder to complete than expected 😟
- It's boring 😒
When that happens, it’s good to have the determination to continue working until the task is done, rain or shine.
Some freelancers run away and this results in bad consequences that stick with them for the rest of their career (such as a permanent bad review on Upwork). But you’re stronger that that! 🙂
Remember, a lack of motivation happens now and then but by learning to cope with it now, you’ll have the strength to face it in the future.
