We're looking for Insurance Call Development Representative

Permanently Remote: Yes Monthly Salary: PHP 35,000 (once a month payment) Work Schedule: AU TEAM - 7:00AM to 4:00PM PH

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• At least 1 year of work experience as outbound/ inbound sales, account manager, sales executive, customer service or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in assets insurance or similar is an advantage
• Advance Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of CRM is a plus
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to handle objections
• Integrity, proactiveness, and hunger to achieve daily targets;
• A can-do attitude, and the willingness to always go above and beyond what is expected
• At least 25MBPS internet connection and laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM (16GB is desirable)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• You'll be expected to do outbound phone prospecting, provide the prospects with indicative finance quotations and generate sales leads
• Achieve at least 150-200 calls, and hit the goal of 15 forward insurance dates per day
• Maintain a sound relationship with the existing clients
