Real Estate Investing company from Pennsylvania seeking a highly motivated cold-caller. Being bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) preferred but not required. If you are really good in sales, have previous sales experience, enjoy talking with people over the phone and providing solutions to their problems, we want you to join our team!

Job Requirements: Quick on your feet Professional in attitude and appearance Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities Passionate about selling Enthusiastic with excellent people skills Independent and self-motivated Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line Willingness to be coached

Work will be part-time to start (20 hours/week)

Hours: 3PM-7PM EST Pay: $4/hr (plus bonuses per deal closed!) We will provide you a list of potential motivated home sellers. Your job will be to ask them a few questions, gauge motivation to sell, and submit the information to the acquisition manager.
