We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Trainer to join our Training Department.

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for the training of our new Agents and Dispatchers. You will also ensure that trainees understand all the relevant concepts comprehensively.

Qualifications: ✅ Native English speaker or very close to it ✅ Instructional proficiency with excellent communication skills ✅ Exceptional ability to give attention to all the trainees ✅ Confident, patient, and enjoys teaching others ✅ More than two (2) years of work experience ✅ With experience in a call center or relevant fields
