We are hiring Customer Support Agents for Video Gaming E-commerce.

Company well established in virtual online in-game currency sales is expanding and seeking to recruit Customer Support Agents to build a local team in the Philippines.

The purpose of this role is to resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently whilst remaining cool under pressure and to support the stability and growth of the online business. You will interact with customers on a daily basis via LiveChat and email, providing support, answering sales inquiries and general queries from customers on a real-time basis. We operate on a global scale providing support on a 24-hour basis, therefore we need employees to be flexible about when they work.

Skills & Knowledge Required: • Proven customer service experience and fast typing speed (70+ WPM) • The ability to prioritize and multitask, with excellent time management skills; • The capacity to remain calm under intense pressure, especially when dealing with a large volume of customers; • Must be familiar with what Discord is and how to use it. • Critical thinking when dealing with customer inquiries and issues; • Strong working knowledge of PC based internet and software applications, fast and stable internet connection, interest in video games; • Excellent attention to detail; • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team; • Diligent with a flexible approach to work; • Reliable, tactful and polite; • Fluent English is a requirement.

Starting rate is $3.50 per hour (30-40 hours per week)
