Stranaghan & Son Enterprise, an Australian company based in Lapu-Lapu City is now looking for a Customer Service to join the team!

You will be helping a small group of hotels in Australia by providing telephone and email support for guests and responding to their enquiries.

Apart from customer service, you will also be expected to do simple admin tasks (sending out access codes to guests, taking reservations).

Fluent English is a must. You need to be able to communicate over the phone and in writing.

Full training will be provided for solid customer service experience. And excellent telephone manner is a must. We are also looking for people who can work well under pressure, take initiative, make decisions and solve problems quickly.

Duties: Answer phone calls and deal with guests enquiries Answer all emails Sends text messages with access codes and emails that aren’t automated Follow Managers instructions

Responding to reviews on Booking platforms.

Deal with any admin tasks that Managers / on the ground Reception instruct them to do.

Hours of work (Philippines time) Monday - Sunday 8am - 5pm (2 Days OFF)

Salary is negotiable. The right applicant will be well renumerated depending on experience and ability.

After 3 months, we will look to review the salary again and offer pay rise to the right candidates.
