Hiring Customer Service Agents (Spanish) - Full Time

We are in need of full time Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Agents with the following qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
• Minimum of 1 year experience in working for a voice campaign
• Knowledgeable in automotive parts, car brands and models is an advantage
• Experienced in using tools such as One Source and Ring Central are preferred
• Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30pm to 5:30am PH time
• DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection is required
• Minimum of Core i3 with 8gb RAM or equivalent system specifications
• Must have a quiet working environment at home
