QUALIFICATIONS: ✔️Must have experience in US Real Estate Investments or Wholesaling ✔️Experience with talking to sellers as well as other investors ✔️Experience with Podio ✔️Must have at least 10-15mbps of WIRED internet connection ✔️Good quality headset with a noise-canceling microphone ✔️Quiet workplace ✔️Computer/Laptop: minimum of 4gb RAM, Windows 7-10
Rate: $3.50 an hour + Bonus Will pay a Bonus for every property that you successfully closed.
