We are hiring! 📢 Program Coordinator – Sherpa for Loading Growth’s E12 Program

About us: We work in the coaching business, and we help IT Services Business grow. Head Office is based in Australia, with a large team in the Philippines and are servicing our clients worldwide.

We are looking to hire a FULL TIME Program Coordinator that will help the program coach develop, execute, and organize the company’s flagship program, E12. Get to know more about the E12 Program here: https://loadinggrowth.com/e12-sales-page

Our ideal candidate is someone with great initiative, organizational skills, and confidence. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate must also be proficient in English, both in speaking and writing. Experience as an Executive Assistant for more than 1 year is a plus.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Admin:

  • Schedule and Updating Calendar for E12
  • Booking physical meetings – Face to Face
  • Booking Client meetings for consultations
  • Work on the pre-loaded calendar and keep this up to date
  • Update calendar on AddEvent 4 weeks before to confirm agenda
  • Create and manage E12 Files and Presentations
  • Create outstanding and professional-looking Powerpoint presentations
  • Manage and update all E12 related files
  • Create LinkedIn newsletters
  • Coordinate with guests and clients during E12 Intensives
  • Facilitate flight bookings, itineraries, and accommodations
  • Assist on client onboarding, setup on systems, etc.
  • Keep all SOP’s updated on E12
  • Serve as the point person for all client concerns and queries related to E12, to ensure client satisfaction
  • Send weekly emails to clients regarding sessions, activities, and To-Dos.
  • Note minutes of the meeting

Sales:

  • Setting up meetings with PFC, via LinkedIn
  • Run the process of Weekly Client Machine

Systems:

  • Maintain Tribe Community for E12, including updating of weekly videos
  • Maintain Basecamp for E12
  • Maintain Facebook for E12 (not for social media but only if things arise)
  • Maintain and update contacts in the CRM system – tagging clients

Research:

  • Research for future prospects
  • Research for future content

Others

  • Help with IMA
  • Coordinate with the whole team around E12, campaigns, webinars and content delivery

This person needs to want to understand the coaching world and be able to learn. The Program Coordinator will get access to BlackBelt Coaching Program for learning and skill development. The expectation is for the person to be active in the Blackbelt FB group, wanting to learn and become a valued team member of the Loading Growth. The Program Coordinator must be quick to learn and eager to grow.

Requirement:

  • Proficiency in the English language, both in speaking and in writing.
  • Must be presentable and confident in speaking to clients online.
  • Must be highly organized and must have an eye for streamlining processes.
  • Since the person needs to be on Zoom and Teams most of the time, he/she needs to have a stable internet connection and a back -up internet.
  • Must have a conducive workspace and ideal environment (no background noises).
  • Must have at least basic knowledge on MS Office, but excellent knowledge on PowerPoint and Excel specifically.
  • Must be outspoken and needs to be able to push back on the coach, who has a direct approach.
  • Should be able to work during AU Sydney Hours.
  • The person must be a quick and eager learner, initiator, and leader.
  • Must be very good with time management.
  • Experience in using Basecamp, Tribe, and Go-High Level is a huge plus.
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a resident of Davao City and must be willing to do face-to-face meetings.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • The person shall be paid on an hourly basis, ranging from $5-8, depending on experience and skill. (Will be assessed by the HR)
