I am looking for 5 Lead Generalist (HOME-BASED)

Job Description:

• Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the solution and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
• conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how cloud-based solution will speak to their needs.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Work with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
• Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
• Provide weekly report for the payout.

QUALIFICATION: ✔️ 20 years and above ✔️ with Lead Generation experience (Preferrably) ✔️stable internet Connection ✔️Laptop or Desktop ✔️Bank Account (For us to send the payment) ✔️9am-6pm work ✔️Fixed Weekends OFF ✔️following Singapore Holiday NOT Philippine Holiday

Basic salary will be given ONLY to Regulars of up to PHP20,000 + COMMISSIONS in $ (SGD)

Process: product knowledge training for half day. training for 1 week which is paid $10 per appointment (NOT HOURLY). after a week or two, we will choose the good ones to receive the basic pay.
