Description/information:

Experience with a Real Estate company is required.
Excellent Oral and Written English
Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers & following up on leads
Understand customer needs, identifying sales opportunities, answering questions & sending additional information as necessary
Manage leads in CRM, handling all email & call volume
Create & maintain a database of current & potential clients
Set up appointments for interested leads with Sales Manager
Keep up with product & service information & updates and ability to explain & demonstrate products and services
Upsell products & services
Create Email and Script Templates as needed
Ensuring all sales efforts are being managed properly and updated in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned
