I'm looking for a free dialing app that can call Australian numbers

I'm looking for a free dialing app that can call Australian numbers. I have tried Zoip before and there are a lot of issues. I am not sure of what's the name but have you heard a dialer app called Smith or Scott dialer something, I'm not really sure. My client is willing to set it up for me using his own mobile number. Please any suggestions. I would highly appreciate it. 🥺
