How to get my money out from China Construction Bank to my local account?
I have a question about the china construction bank. I left so quickly,and didn’t take money out and how do I get money out of my chinese bank?

ATM card in major cities - many places take union pay. However, you may have a hard time because many foreigners accounts won’t work overseas.
ICBC has branches in the Philippines so you can get an account and easily do transfers between the accounts for a fee unless you are a student then you should be able to transfer for free.
