I'm having trouble receiving money from WeChat and Alipay as both Chinese bank card required

I'm having trouble receiving money from WeChat and Alipay as they both require Chinese bank card which I don't have. My friend and I decided to use PayPal and it's working fine now but I still have balance in my Wechat and Alipay, which I couldn't use or withdraw. Nor can I return it to the sender/friend because apps does not allow it.

If anyone can help. Please do. Thank you!

Open and AUB paymate account.

@Elizabeth Thank you but I have no plans in using AuB paymate since we are using PayPal now and my only concern as of now is that how I can get my balance from wechat and alipay.
