Hiring Virtual Assistant / Bookkeeper - (Part Time)

We are in need of part time Virtual Assistants / Bookkeepers with the following qualifications:

  • Good written and oral communication skills in English
  • Experienced in using QuickBooks for a client is a must
  • Experienced in doing reconciliation in QuickBooks is required
  • Experienced in bookkeeping is preferred
  • Accountancy graduate is an advantage
  • Can work for at least 2-4 hours per day or 10-20 hours per week
  • Preferably available between 9pm to 6am Manila Time
  • DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection is required
  • Minimum of Core i3 with 8gb RAM or equivalent system specifications
