Job Role: Property Manager Company: ClearSale by HomeTrust Nature: Real Estate (Denver,CO) Full Time: Yes Work Hours and Schedule: 8 Hours Monday to Friday (Between 10PM and 9AM Manila Time) Starting Salary: $4.25/hour Homebased: Yes

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. EXCELLENT English communication skills both verbal and written.
2. MUST HAVE at least 6 months online working experience in a real estate company preferably as a property manager or similar job.

Minimum System Requirements:

• 5mbps or more Internet Speed
• at least i5 Intel Core/AMD7
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation
• Back up power/ISP and back up locations
• Conducive work area - NO distracting background noises.

JOB DESCRIPTION: • We use Appfolio for property management, so you will need to learn it via online classes and reading materials. • Receive documents saved to Google Drive or Appfolio and processed quickly and thoroughly. • Interact with various types of residents and contractor via email, text & phone. • Assign or find contractors to bid for work orders. • Call residents for rental payment. • Establish rental rate by surveying local rental rates. • Attract tenants by advertising vacancies. • Screen potential resident/s for vacancies. • Prepare Rental Contracts and collect deposit. • Ensure all residents are paid with their rent.
