POSITION: Sourcing Partner/ Recruiter Salary: Hourly; $4-5/hr (increase after 90days) Weekly payout thru Paypal FULL TIME - 9pm-5am PH time Remote? Yes

Primary Duties: • Source for US-based candidates using professional platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Wizehire • Email and calendar management • Market open positions thru creative job posts

Requirements/Qualifications: • Fluent in English (excellent in both written and verbal) • Bachelor’s Degree in any course • Should have experience recruiting US-based candidates • Proficient with Google Suites, MS Office, Calendly • Good in Email and Calendar management • Knowledgeable with ZOHO is a plus • Real estate background is a plus • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Has own laptop/pc • Headset and webcam
