What is Mystery Shopping?

When it is done well, telephone mystery shopping involves intelligent, competent and well-briefed mystery shoppers calling a business and posing either as an existing customer or a potential customer. Normally, after each call is made, a report is produced and made available through an online platform.

Our Role

We have an exciting role for an amazing person - your job? Is to be human. It's calling clients in Australia, New Zealand, USA and UK to do mystery shopping for their services!

We have all the questions, but we need you to be you - well, we mean to pretend to be someone else, but very much to be you and human. Laugh, joke, cry, follow up - repeat. First impressions count!

Your Tasks (not limited to)

-Calling companies globally across different time zones -Remaining discreet while you pose as a regular customer -Interacting with employees over the phone gauge customer service -Commenting on areas for improvement -Completing Social Media and online presence assessments -Ranking and scoring each part of the process -Researching each location for weather, news, property etc -Completing and submitting a written report detailing the shopping experience after each assessment -Working with our team and communicating openly

What We Need

-Must be enthusiastic, well presented, reliable and have the ability to work within strict reporting deadlines -Must have regular access to email, internet, computer/laptop or iPad/Tablet and a SmartPhone -Excellent attention to detail and information retention skills -High-level communication, spelling and grammar skills -Must have excellent spoke English -Complete reports within time frames -Logging hours and tracking of work

This role is to work from home, and there are minimum requirements for equipment and specs to ensure the quality of work and communication. You must check out all my social pages before we have an interview. Whilst the hours are flexible, we expect timelines adhered to on all tasks. Your hours could vary from 30-40 hours per week - the work is there, but only if you want it - hence the flexible hours. The hourly rate is $4 AUD per hour subject to experience. A probation period is required.
