We design, create, and sell outdoor camping gear and sell directly to our customers via our online Shopify store.

JOB HIRING:

1.PART-TIME CUSTOMER SUPPORT

WHO YOU ARE:

2 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital, Shopify, Facebook. Should understand Facebook very well and be able to interact with American dialog naturally. Should be familiar with Trello, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Slack. Able to learn and execute in an independent fashion, while staying open to helpful critique. Able to do minor photo edits and video edits.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Responsible for communicating with customers via email, Facebook, and Instagram. Responsible for checking order status in Shopify and our 3PL system. Responsible for repairing or editing orders ensuring items ship correctly. Responsible for managing inventory system and keeping inventory in sync. Assist Customer Support

Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00am - 11am ET

Work Location: Remote.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $4-$6/hour Mode of Payment: PayPal Other Benefits: Access to $30,000 worth of training

  1. PART-TIME GRAPHIC ARTIST

WHO YOU ARE:

Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or English With 4 years’ experience in graphic design 2 years’ experience in digital marketing Highly proficient at vector art and graphics is a MUST! Good time management skills Self-disciplined Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Create graphics for website, email, social media, advertising, etc. Work Schedule: Flexible according to project Work Location: Remote.

  1. PART-TIME PLATFORM SPECIALIST

With 2 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital, Shopify, Facebook With knowledge on Trello, Google Suite, Slack, Shopify, and Zipify is a huge plus! Able to build out landing pages and emails using provided copy, creative, and direction is a MUST!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Build out landing pages, articles, and posts. Based on the provided content

SALARY: $4-$6 per hour

WHO YOU ARE:

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Responsible for capturing and formatting User Generated Content. Responsible for running our Advocate Program and communicating with our Advocates. Responsible for managing our company Facebook comments and company Facebook groups. Assist Customer Support

SALARY: $4-$6 per hour and payment is via Paypal.
