Part-time 20 hours per week Offer is at Php 22,000.00 per month Working hours: 4 hours per day from 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Manila time Mondays - Fridays

About the Client: Our client, based in Australia, offers environmental solutions to companies from the mining, power, and defense spaces. They work with these clients to comply with environmental requirements in line with operating their businesses. The are looking for an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper to support them daily.

About the Role: • Reconcile transactions in Xero • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions • Review Xero file and keep data up to date • Prepare monthly and quarterly ATO activity statements • Prepare fortnightly payroll • Adhoc administration as required

Qualifications: • Xero certification preferred • Previous experience in a bookkeeping role for an Australian business • Excellent understanding of Australian bookkeeping requirements • General understanding of Australian taxation and payroll requirements • Proficiency in accounting software and applications including Xero, Dext, and ApprovalMax • Meticulous and detail-oriented • Highly analytic and logical • Process-driven • Highly organized • High level of English communication and comprehension skill • Proactive and shows initiative
