Urgently hiring for General VA!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Good communication skill (Written/verbal)
  • Experience in handling UK account is a plus but not required
  • Experience with rental property in the UK is a plus but not required. (We can always provide you training for this)
  • G'drive, Gsuite, Gdocs, G'sheet.
  • Attention to detail

TASKS: 80% Customer Service, 20% Admin tasks.

  • not your usual customer service, as all you just need to do is to answer tenants' queries via email, chat, text, and calls about the property.
  • It's a must that you know what is HMO properties in the UK how real estate works. You can do your own research.
  • This post is ASAP, will start on or before the 1st week of November.

The client's location is in France/Belgium. He is looking for someone who can help him boost his business online for the rental property industry and also who can market the business and all possible platforms to help him boost the business.

ADDITIONAL TASKS:

  • contact possible clients/renters in all social media platform
  • check the status of rental payments for 3 properties

Rental property experience is a plus but not required.

For someone who has a background in speaking French (studied or understands French) - the rate will start at $6 per hour and can always demand an increase depending on the outcome of your work. The client doesn't need a fluent speaker as you can always use Google translate for your response. For English speaker VA, the rate starts at $4 and can always demand an increase depending on the outcome of your work. (need to use Google translate to communicate with the renters)

The client is also open to provide a Christmas bonus.
