Hi, Quick Question! Does anyone use Zelle app po? Does it have rules like paypal that holds the payment when you're a new user? And pano rin ang pag withdraw? Di ko kasi nakikita yung bank ko sa lists of partners nila eh.

It's directly received in your bank account, they don't hold the payment, it's like they just deposit, your payee is directly.
