Starting salary is $8/hr (or monthly of approximately 60,000 pesos depending on exchange rate) with paid health insurance / HMO after 6 months.

Ampla Marketing, based in the USA, is a digital marketing consultancy that specializes in online marketing strategy and digital media/advertising. We are seeking to hire a part-time to full-time Assistant Digital Advertising Specialist.

The Assistant Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online ad campaigns, primarily within Facebook; however, Instagram, Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms may be used, depending on the client's needs. This person will ensure the ad campaigns and programs align with and support Ampla’s client goals.

This specialist owns many aspects of Ampla’s digital media campaigns including set-up, pixel placement, budget management, audience selection, optimization, and reporting.


  • Setup and ongoing optimization and management of PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns for multiple clients
  • Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and ad goals
  • Compiling monthly reports for clients, including insights of campaign data and recommendations
  • Perform digital advertising audits
  • Manage multiple ad accounts, platforms, and tasks
  • Participate on client calls and emails
  • Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes
  • Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently
  • Driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative digital advertising solutions
  • Monitoring impact and return on investment of digital advertising campaigns
  • Conversion pixel placement and tracking
  • Establish and reserve UTM parameters and links
  • Suggest and implement tactics to improve client performance
  • Interact directly with clients


  • Advanced fluency of English
  • Must be available between the hours of 9:00am-5:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday
  • 3 years of experience with Facebook Ads
  • Google Ads Search and Display certifications. Minimum of 2 years of Google Ads account management experience required
  • Google Analytics and Tag Manager experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Video Advertising
  • Knowledge of SEO, online search mediums and social media and an understanding of how all of these channels work together with advertising is a plus
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Bing Ads is a plus
  • Budget management skills to plan and reconcile paid digital media placements with available budget
  • Knowledge of latest digital ad trends
  • Basic project management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft
