📣 URGENT HIRING 📣 Job Role: Sales Administrator Monthly Rate: $1,000 AUD or approx. 36,000 to 38,000 per month Work Duration: 38 hours/week (Permanent-Full time) Work hrs: Day Shift 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Administration of all properties listed for sale, from beginning to end of the sales process
- Property preparation project management e.g. coordination of repairs and styling
- Preparation of listing proposals and appraisal presentations
- Diary management for Senior Agents
- Coordination and preparation of team meetings, agendas, and minutes
- Client liaison and relationship building with internal teams and third party suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external requirements
- Database management
