What: Consultations Team Leader Who: Redzone Real Estate When: ASAP Work Hours: Mountain Standard Time (US Time) Job Type: Full Time Salary: Starting at $680 (negotiable, depending on experience)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build buyer/seller consultation packets for the sales agent
• Handling administrative tasks such as confirming appointments, keeping records of communication with clients, and arranging travel arrangements for sales agent
• Follow up with customers after appointments to ensure satisfaction
• Scheduling appointments between clients and other employees within an organization, and coordinating with Summit Operations -Solution, and Wasatch Leasing & Management on leasing appointments
• Keeping track of clients’ contact information and preferences in order to provide excellent customer service during each interaction
• Providing information about a company’s products or services to potential clients
• Utilize creative methods to engage with leads, building relationships to generate interest in our products and services
• Work closely with the sales agent to provide all necessary information and support
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system
• Monitor lead activity and report findings to management on a regular basis
• Identify trends and areas for improvement in our appointment and consultation process
• Track, collate, and interpret conversion ratios and reporting

Qualifications:

• Experience with CINC or similar CRM/marketing automation tool
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team management and Performance management
• One year of experience as a team leader role is preferred
• Proven organizational and planning ability
