Paragon Global is looking for a Freelance Virtual Assistant for a Part time position as Sales Nesting Officer.
The Nesting Officer must provide daily assistance and coaching to trainees during the Nesting period by answering questions and providing coaching and feedback to reinforce training material and polish skills before they transition into the call floor.
The Nesting Officer will work closely with the Sales Team Lead and Trainers and assess trainee’s progress. This position requires someone who is organized and detail-oriented and able to effectively provide one-on-one coaching and support.
As a Nesting Officer, you are required to have a strong background in a fast-paced call center environment, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and a collaborative character. Experience in coaching/training, call listening, assessment, and calibration is required.
Other Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Internet Speed of at least 15 mbps
- Own device (laptop/desktop)
- 3+ years QA experience Rate: $7-8/hr
