Looking for a Short-Term Rental Management Virtual Assistant!
Our company is seeking an experienced Short Term Rental Management Virtual Assistant to drive more bookings and increase occupancy rates for our short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our rental properties, while also developing and executing marketing strategies to attract more guests and generate more revenue. You will report directly to 3 owners/hosts and have regular video conference meetings with each of them to align on tasks and priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of our short-term rental properties, including guest communication, scheduling cleanings, and ensuring timely maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for repairs and maintenance
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Manage reservations and bookings through property management software and online booking platforms
- Monitor and adjust pricing to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Analyze rental data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on local competition and pricing trends
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to increase bookings and occupancy rates
- Create and implement sales and marketing campaigns to drive more reservations
- Manage social media channels and online reputation to promote our properties
- Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness and make improvements
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in short-term rental management
- Experience using property management software and online booking platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales, Marketing, and Social Media management experience with a proven track record of driving more reservations and increasing occupancy rates
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software applications
- This is a part-time role (20 hours) with the potential to grow to a full-time role. The base rate is between $4 - $6 an hour depending on the experience.
