Does PayPal has a problem now? Because I can't transfer funds from PayPal to ATM card now.

Kung Gcash ang gamit nyo, i-relink nyo lang sa PayPal. Ganyan din yung sken last week, muntikan na di ma-withdraw.
@Jobelle I don't have gcash.
Paypal to Paymaya real time po. No transfer fee.
PayPal to GCash gamit ko, then to Bank.
nangyari din yan sa akin last week, pero tinry ko lang after a few minutes naging ok na po.
