• Digital file compliance
• Spreadsheet maintenance
• Database up-keep
• Payroll and expense reconciliation

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & QuickBooks Online
• Familiar with Google Docs and Gmail, preferred
• Bilingual English/Russian/Spanish is a PLUS! (will be prioritized)
• Sense of urgency required
• Ability to use critical thinking skills
• Highly organized
