Position: Real Estate Acquisition Specialist Company: Texas Buys Homes Rate: To be discussed Shift: 10AM to 7PM CST Commission Based only? NO

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/cold calls to potential property sellers & buyers within our target area
• Go the “extra mile” to meet team goals
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Prepare/update lead spreadsheets and manage contact lists
• Perform market research
• Create presentations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Solid organizational skills
