Asking for Suggestions from our Lead Generation Specialists and Cold Callers!
I currently handle the recruitment of one of my clients and we are planning to hire VAs who will do lead generation, cold calling and email campaigns. The thing is, I don't have enough knowledge of this niche and the compensation scheme. We are exploring our options to pay hourly with targets and commission for successful sign-ups. Also, can one VA do all these tasks or should be separate.

I think it will be a higher rate for a VA who can do all. better to recruit separate VAs for each task for more productivity.
much better if separate para mas productive, mas quality mga magiging leads, mas maganda ang flow kung every niche may specialization. mahirap din kase if multi tasking tpero depended pa din naman sa budget.
