Job Description: Working for a real estate team to help complete a variety of tasks as listed below. Working hours 7pm - 12am (Philippine time). $5 per hour first 9 months then $6 per hour.

Summary of Duties: These tasks are subject to change Following checklists Writing emails- using templates we provide Detailed data entry and working in various CRMs Watch training videos and put into written format and vice versa Save and share documents between clients and boss/co-workers Use of multiple programs- Docusign, Mojo Dialer, Followup Boss, and more. (We will train in these) Call vendors to coordinate services

Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Docs & Google Sheets Detail-oriented/Noticing errors Ability to quickly learn software and websites and understand how to use proficiently Prior real estate experience not required Virtual office experience preferred English fluency

Equipment Required: Must have a laptop and a backup computer with video capabilities Must have headphones and a microphone on the computer Internet speeds minimum 1.5 Mbps up/down
