We’re looking for CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE!

Salary capacity is up to: Php60,000 per Month depending on your experiences.

Experience Requirement:

• Has 3 years previous experience working within a technical support / customer support environment
• Has a strong desire to provide exceptional customer support efficiency with a high focus on first call resolution
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with change
• Has experience in a SaaS company

Tasks

• Handling inbound customer service calls and emails
• Acting as a key point of contact for customer follow up and incident management, while maintaining the support ticket with updates and resolution
• Collabortating on cross-team and cross-product technical issues with a variety of resources including development to document software defects and customer suggestions
