We're looking for a Financial Planning Assistant! ✅ Salary: Php 40-50k (DOE) ✅ Shift: AU HRS. (7-4 PM Manila Time)

Job Description: ✅ 2-3 years experience and knowledge of the Australian Financial Planning industry ✅ Ensure accurate and timely SOA’s and ROA’s ✅ Xplan software experience

Reporting and Data Control: ✅ Adhere to all compliance, regulation, and licensee requirements. ✅ Maintain up to date training in financial planning software such as Xplan, My Prosperity software, and other platform sites

Client Liaison: ✅ Arrange new FP client and existing client review meetings when required ✅ Keep the client updated on a regular basis on progress

Financial Planning: ✅ Appointment preparation for financial planning ✅ Prepare client FP documents from initial meeting up to advice presentation including investment strategy and portfolio re-weighting. ✅ Actioning Adviser notes and post-meeting action items.
