We are looking for Trainer! Work schedule: CST (Graveyard shift) Rate: 30,000 - 38,000 PHP

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate 3-4 week training for a batch of 10-20 virtual assistants.
• Create and continuously improve training materials and packs provided.
• Analyze training and performance trends and propose action plans and training strategies.
• Track KPIs and provide feedback to trainees during the nesting period.
• Communicate all observations and move-forward actions to the leadership team.
• Promote an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Requirements:

• At least 1-year experience as a Trainer/Team Leader in a BPO setup
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office and Gsuite
• Good English communication skills
• Can analyze situation and re-strategize based on previous training data
• Able to manage and organize tasks based on priority and urgency
• Can work with integrity under minimal supervision
