Yes Job Role: Customer Service & Claims Processor VA Work Hours and Schedule: 9am to 5pm EST (9pm to 5am PH Time) Monday to Friday Work Duration: Full-time Rate: 35,000 PHP to start - raise based upon performance Commission Based Only? No Internet Requirement: Main connection at least 15 MBPS with a backup source of 5 - 10 MBPS

About Company: Leading US-based E-commerce company specializing in Home Improvement items. We have 9 US distribution centers filling over a million orders to customers' homes and businesses each year.

Position Summary: The Customer Service & Claims Processor VA will work as a member of the team in the CS & Claims department. The VA will conduct Customer service via email to our customers which may include providing order tracking, handling lost shipments, reshipments, damaged items in shipments, etc. When not assigned to the Customer Service role, the VA will conduct Claims investigations on shipments and provide the necessary documents to our carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). A daily task list will be assigned to the VA. Company-specific training will be provided.

Customer Service via Email Data Review & Entry Claims Investigation & submittal

Skills and Education Requirements:

  • Excellent written & verbal English (great communicator in general)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask and take leadership of a task once properly trained
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Google docs and sheet, Zoom, Teamviewer, Notion
  • Maintain and complete task lists
  • Trustworthy to sensitive information & tech capable
  • Timely & efficient
  • Detail Oriented & Resourceful
  • Ability to work independently once assigned a task
  • Prior experience with US Online Marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart Marketplace is a plus
  • Prior experience in Spreadsheets and Reporting is a plus
  • Prior Data entry experience is a plus
