Basic Requirements/Qualification CSR: · Service mindset and proactive attitude · Minimum of 4 years directly related experience in customer service · Experience in Escalation Handling / conflict management · Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English · Literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook). · Experience in Salesforce desired. · Background in Logistics is a plus not required · Business proficiency in the following language is an advantage (not required) · Spanish · Mandarin · Japanese
