Description/Information: I am looking for a team membr that will help build a knowledge base (Zendesk) for an app that we are launching. 3 hours per day, 5 USD per hour and flexible time. Eventualy we will absorb you on a longer run to assist clients as chat support agent.

Obviously, I am not good in writing, hence I am in search for one that can produce clear procedures and steps to be used for the app directory.
