With that kind of talent, you will help our company give the best possible customer service experience for our dear clients. You'll also make sure that our clients are always happy and satisfied with the services we provide them.

Once you're with the team, you will work on:

  1. Interacting with customers on behalf of the organization either by email, phone or chat and be the face of the company
  2. Showing strong communication skills to clearly and accurately respond to customer inquiries and concerns through services tickets
  3. Recording details of customer contacts and actions taken
  4. Referring issues to department managers for specific actions to be taken
  5. Monitoring progress and follow-ups to each department for speedy resolution
  6. Maintaining constant communication with the customers until issue resolution
  7. Handling complaints and escalations to the manager
  8. Maintaining positive relationships with the customers and co-workers
  9. Documenting updates in the customer support process for future reference
  10. Continuously looking for improvements in the customer support process
  11. Performing ad hoc tasks within the department and other departments

To do these tasks, you should have:

  1. Solid more than 2 years of experience in Customer Service preferably to Eastern clients
  2. Excellent communications skills
  3. Ability to handle escalations
  4. Can conduct excellent client presentation
  5. And should be customer service oriented and a team player
  6. Leadership qualities that elicit trust in employees and demonstrate leadership judgment
  7. Proven negotiation skills and conflict resolution skills
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills; able to apply creative solutions that have a positive impact on results
  9. Recognized ability to work under pressure, handle stressful situations and maintain flexibility
  10. Extreme flexibility and availability to work extended hours
  11. Must have intermediate to advance expertise in MS Applications (Word, Excel, PPT)
  12. Can manage Google Calendar appropriately
  13. Must have good and stable internet connectivity
  14. Must have noise cancellation headphone/headset
  15. Has FreedCamp experience is a plus
