Study on flexible work arrangement, work-life balance of Filipino Virtual Home-based Workers
Dear everyone who is currently employed as Virtual Homebased Workers,
I am a Virtual Assistant and a Ph.D. Management student at Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas. I am currently conducting a study on flexible work arrangement, work-life balance and social engagement of Filipino Virtual Homebased Workers. The objective of this study is to determine the correlation of the three variables as the basis for organizational improvement. In this regard, I humbly ask your utmost participation by answering this survey.
