I've learned that my PayPal is business type, should I create another PayPal account for personal use?

Just reach out to paypal. You can downgrade your account to personal. Ang pinagkaiba lang naman nil, pag business account, may fees pag mag receive ka ng payment (which in some cases, shinoshoulder ni client). Kapag naka personal naman, walang fees pag mag receive ng payment.
Better create a new one kase macharge/fee everytime mag receive ka ng payment. Nangyari sakin 🙄🙄🙄
No need to create a new one. Contact paypal and they woul be the one to change it from business to personal.
If you're just going to receive payment okay lang business account pero pwede mo naman sya ichange to personal without creating a new one 😊
