Seeking a part-time Social Media Specialist for creating and administering content on all social media platforms

Seeking a part-time Social Media Specialist who is responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram to build an audience and ensure customer engagement.

Industry: Real Estate Start Date: February 16, 2023 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-12PM PST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generating, editing, and publishing daily digital content for properties announced, listed, sold, and leased on Instagram
• Editing & cleaning up photos used for Instagram posts and stories
• Creating, editing, and publishing videos on YouTube

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven working experience in graphic design, video editing, and creating content on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
• Creative, responsive, and with a keen eye for detail
• Advanced knowledge and experience in the use of Canva,
• Knowledge on Adobe Photoshop and Premiere is a plus
